About 10 minutes after 2 on Friday Le Mars Fire Rescue, Ambulance and Police responded to an ATV accident on Key Avenue in Le Mars.

Mercy Air Care (MAC1) was put on standby and was dispatched about 5 minutes later. The patient was transported to Floyd Valley Hospital by ambulance and then to Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City by Mercy Air Care.

Their condition is not known at this time, reports indicated a helmet was not being worn.
