While police were investigating a stolen vehicle found at Walgreens on Sunday night about 9:45PM in Sioux City they noticed a second vehicle they believed to be stolen.

Sioux City Police ran the VIN number of the Caliber confirming it was stolen, the plates had been removed and replaced with an Iowa Dealer Plate. The driver 25-year-old Vincent Harlan.
According to court documents the 2008 Dodge Caliber had been reported stolen December 28th, 2016. Harlan admitted to officers he had just drove the vehicle from Walthill Nebraska.
Harlan was booked into Woodbury County Jail on a charge of Theft in the 2nd Degree and an outstanding Warrant from Nebraska.
