Sioux City Fire Rescue and Sioux City Police responded to a crash on Plum Creek Road in Sioux City a little before 1:00PM on Saturday.

Luckily no injuries were reported and the driver was able to get out through the passenger side. We were told the driver missed the driveway while making a delivery. While backing up the truck slid off the road. When they tried to pull forward the truck continued to slide down the embankment before coming to rest against the trees.
