Court Documents say James Paul White, 48 admitted to 1st and 2nd Degree Sexual Abuse of 4-year-old and 2-year-old in Sioux City, Iowa.

White was booked into the Woodbury County Jail, Thursday Morning after taking a 4-year-old to the hospital with vaginal bleeding, police were notified of a possible sexual assault. In the course of the investigation, White admitted to police to raping a 4 and a 2-year-old on multiple occasions.

James White is being held on 1 count of 1st Degree Sexual Abuse and 1 count of 2nd Degree Sexual Abuse, he's being held on $400,000 Bond.
