We were notified just before 1:00 a.m. that Law Enforcement and SRT had surrounded a home on the Northwest Side of Le Mars. Police, Fire, and EMS were also on standby at a mobile command station established at St Johns Church Parking Lot.

We do not know the reason for the incident but would advise to avoid the area and stay inside if you live near the activity.
