An amber alert was issued for missing 12-year-old female from Denison Iowa in Crawford County.

The amber alert says that 13-year-old Rodolfo Penaflor Jr abducted 12-year-old Beyoncé Carrasco about 3:50am Monday Morning November 20th.>Penaflor is believed to be driving a white 2016 Nissan Sentra, Iowa License Plate #EYB982

Beyonce Carrasco is a white female, age 12, black hair and brown eyes. Last known to be wearing a gray Monarch sweatshirt and gray enderarmour shorts.
Rodolfo Penaflor Jr is a whtie male, age 13, black hari and brow eyes.
