South Sioux City Police say they have identified the subjects in the video as Charles Junior Rowland and Devon Charles Bowder. They have been overwhelmed with the response from the public.

In a video posted to Facebook on Sunday, November 26 South Sioux City Police are asking for the publics help in identifying two persons of interest in a shoplifting incident.
