Video released by the Sioux City Police Department shows a man picking up and throwing rocks at windows. The suspect broke numerous windows causing damage to the Social Security Administration, Internal Revenue Service, Kover Eye Care and, Apple Tree. The vandalism was reported Wednesday Morning November 22nd.
