This video was captured near 26th and Jackson at 5:14 am in Sioux City. It shows a man walk up to a front door and steal a package that was sitting on the front porch.

It's that time of year when lots of packages will be left by delivery companies and criminals will be watching. Remember you can have package deliveries held until you'll be able to receive them or you can have them delivered to a friend or neighbor that will be available.
