Court Documents say that on May 31st an 11-year-old went to speech therapy, her regular speech therapist was unavailable and another therapist covered the appointment.

During the appointment, documents say that Jacob Leslie Rose, 35 performed sex acts on the 11-year-old female. Rose was arrested on June 12th charged with Assault with Intent to Commit Sexual Abuse and Lascivious Acts. Rose posted $20,000 Bond. He's scheduled to be back in court on June 22nd at 9:00 am
