Police say they have located Reising and are no longer seeking him.


A release from Sioux City Police says Davenport Police are searching for Frank Reising who is being sought as a witness to a murder of a 9-year-old



Reising was released from Nebraska Prisons on July 21st and gave a forwarding address of 1409 Rock Street, Sioux City Iowa.
