No charges after victim says they were shot by unknown person

Police say a victim reported they were walking in the 1500 block of Ross Street late Tuesday when they were approached by 3 masked individuals, one with a rifle.



The victim is refusing to press charges after they report they were shot in the arm while running away from the individuals.
