About 10:30 am on Wednesday Sioux City Fire and EMS responded to Apple Tree Preschool and Learning Center at 4224 Hickory Ln in Sioux City's Morningside neighborhood for reports of a 2-year-old suffering injury leaving them unconscious.

One source tells me the child got wrapped up in a jacket causing them to lose consciousness, another told me they were instructed bookbags are no longer allowed at the facility.
