Arrest of man wanted in Sioux City Walgreens Robberies

Police arrested Chastyn Tyndall Monday evening after a traffic stop near Gordon and Helen. Tyndall took off on foot but was quickly captured.

Police have arrested 29-year-old Tarisha Grant on two charges of Robbery 1st for her role in two Walgreens Robberies Friday Night and early Saturday.

Stil wanted in connection to the robberies is Chastyn Tyndall, described as a 29-year-old Native American male with dark hark, brown eyes, and a medium build. He has tattoos over his right eye and on his neck.

About 11:00 pm Sioux City Police responded to Walgreens at 4650 Morningside Avenue for reports of a robbery, less than two hours later at about 12:30 am they responded to a second robbery at Walgreens at 1900 Hamilton Blvd.

Information about the robberies, if they are related, suspect information has not yet been released. There were no reports of injuries. I’m told there were at least two people involved in each robbery and a knife was displayed.
