Two arrests made in Sundays drive-by shooting in South Sioux City.

South Sioux City Police say they have arrested 2 people alleged to be connected to Sunday March 13th's drive-by shooting in South Sioux City, Nebraska as well as another shooting on March 9th.

21-year-old Jose Alfredo Hamman was arrested and charged with Use of a Firearm to Commit a Felony, Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person, Conspiracy to Commit a Class 2 Felony, Attempt of a Class 2 Felony, Terroristic Threats, and Commit Child Abuse Intentional without Injury.

21-year-old Jose Alfredo Hamman was also charged for Use of a Firearm to Commit a Felony, Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person, Attempt of a Class 2 Felony, Terroristic Threats, and 2 counts of Conspiracy to Commit a Class 2 Felony for the drive-by on March 9th.

24-year-old Miguel Angel Ceron was arrested for Aiding and Abetting a Class 3A Felony, and 2 counts of Conspiracy to Commit a Class 2 Felony for his involvement in the March 9th drive-by.

The investigation is ongoing, South Sioux City Police WAS assisted by the US Marshal’s Office, Nebraska State Patrol, and Dakota County Sheriff’s Office.

South Sioux City Police say they responded to two shootings about 3:55 pm on Sunday afternoon that were related and are believed to be an ongoing feud between known individuals.

There were no injuries at either location on the 200 block of 7th Ave and the 400 block of West 23rd. Police say they are continuing to investigate the incident and no further information is being released at this time.
