Sioux City, Iowa -- Late in the evening on October 26th, 2023, Sioux City's law enforcement responded to 607 Virginia Street. At approximately 11:54 PM, officers arrived at the scene, where they discovered an adult female. The victim had sustained multiple stab wounds and was later pronounced dead on-site.

Subsequent investigation efforts led officers to apartment #107 at 607 Virginia, where evidence of a violent altercation was found. Two suspects, identified as Angela M. Bino, 59, and Jessica L. Bino, 32, both residents of Sioux City, were apprehended within the apartment. Both suspects have been charged with 1st-degree murder in connection to the incident. Authorities have decided not to release the identity or age of the victim at this stage of the investigation.
