Man out on bail for Arson arrested again Wednesday for Arson along I29 railroad tracks

Sioux City Fire Department and Police responded to multiple fires on the Northside of the tracks along I29 between Floyd Boulevard and Lincoln Way earlier in the afternoon Friday. They located 45-year-old Howard Wanned walking away from one of the fires at Ravine Park and South Lewis Boulevard.

Wanned was out on Bail after being arrested on Monday for Arson after setting a trashcan on fire and a pallet that was leaned against a shed at Pulaski Park. He was also charged with Arson for a fire set to a garage in Morningside. Police say he started the fire to a home under construction at 4607 Peters Avenue.

Howard Wanned was arrested again on Wednesday with charges of Arson and Ongoing Criminal Conduct.
